Admission to the training is conducted on a competitive basis. Persons with a higher average score calculated as the arithmetic mean of marks in all subjects indicated in the documents submitted by the applicants on education and (or) documents on education and qualifications are enrolled, and;with an equal average score — persons with a higher final grade in a priority general education subject

Who can take the entrance tests?
- disabled people (including disabled children);
- foreign citizens;
- entering in those subjects in which he did not pass the Unified State Exam in the current calendar year;
- applicants on the basis of higher education;
- applicants on the basis of secondary vocational education.
Features
Applicants specified in this paragraph may use the results of the Unified State Exam (if available) along with passing general entrance examinations conducted by the Academy independently.
Applicants to the secondary vocational education who have the right to take the entrance test in the Russian language, pass the specified entrance test once.
For persons entering higher education, the Academy establishes entrance tests on the basis of vocational education in the same subjects for which general entrance tests are conducted.
