About libraries
For persons with musculoskeletal disorders:

- the electronic reading room (room 276) has computers with a large diagonal screen, headphones, speakers, an operating system with accessibility features: on-screen speaker, on-screen magnifier, on-screen keyboard;
- The Media Library Foundation has audio versions of printed publications.

A course management system focused on the organization of distance courses and support for full-time education. The system is focused primarily on the organization of interaction between the teacher and students through interactive learning elements of the course. At the moment, there are 46 fully developed courses in the system.
A significant expansion of the functionality of the SDO"Moodle" can be achieved by integrating a subsystem for the organization of BigBlueButton webinars, which supports the presence of multiple audio tracks and video sharing, the ability to display presentations, Microsoft Office documents and OpenOffice, images, PDF documents. Advanced whiteboard features are also supported, such as pointer, zoom and drawing, access to the desktop.
Institute of Additional Professional Education and Innovation
Training in the Moodle system is implemented in the following areas (about 600 disciplines):

In the main building of the Academy there is a buffet with 16 tables and 53 seats. The buffet is located on the 1st floor, with sufficiently wide doorways and without thresholds, which ensures unhindered passage of persons with limited mobility.
